Thought I would post what will be the last of our winter pictures for this year. Spring is finally here! We've had some super warm days, almost all the snow is gone and I hung my first load of clothes on the clothesline yesterday. Yippee!
These pictures are actually from a few weeks ago. It was super nice out one day and Grampa Doug had dropped off his snow blower so we could get some of the snow away from the house. Rowan and I decided to hang out on the deck while Daddy used the snow blower. It was so nice out, I was in bare feet!

I think next winter I need to invest in some snow pants for myself. It's just not as much fun to go play in the snow with Rowan when I have to worry about my butt getting wet if I jump/fall in a snow bank.
I also brought Rowan to work the other day so I could grab something from my office. We stopped in to see my boss who loves Rowan (well, who doesn't) and of course she just happened to have a gift for her. It has officially supplanted Blue Bear, even taking her cloth!

Oh yeah, and that's her new pillow to go with her new big girl bed. I really thought Walmart would have a better selection of kids pillows, but all the rest were covered in little jewels that I thought would be hard on the face. The big girl bed has led to some interesting mornings. The other morning, around 5am, we heard her moving around. She's
supposed to stay in her bed until we come and get her, or at least stay in her room. I managed to get back to sleep, but James said later that he kept peeking at her making several trips back and forth between the bedrooms. Every few minutes a little head would pop up at the foot of the bed, then go back down. When he did get out of bed, he found her in a little nest at the foot of our bed with her pillow, blanket, most of the stuffed animals from in her bed and a book. Sigh. At least she was quiet about it.
