She used to sleep through the night...

But not anymore!
We've (more specifically, I've) been so lucky with Rowan that she's slept through the night pretty much since she was about 3 weeks old. Well, our luck has turned.
The last, almost a week now, she has been waking me up not just once, but quite often twice a night! What's up with that? I still consider us pretty lucky that she sleeps so well, especially since we have friends that their baby wakes up every two hours during the night to nurse, but after two months of getting a full night's sleep every night, it's a little rough on Mom to be woken up. Especially when it's only an hour and a half after I've gone to bed in the first place. Anything less than two hours makes me feel like I polished off a 40 of rye before bed. Mmmm...rye.
I assume part of it is teething. She drools like a Saint Bernard and chews on anything and everything she can get close to her face.
I think the other part of it must be a growth spurt. I thought she had hit it a few weeks ago, but along with waking up once or twice a night to nurse, she also want to nurse every hour and a half to two hours. I guess that's what I get for voicing a concern that she was too little. I'll have to start calling her "chubby girl" from now on.
